I'm popping in for quick post to say we've just crossed the 9000 mark for members of this site!

Are you sure you weren't looking at your post count? According to what I just read on the homepage, we're currently at 7,775 members.

Does that include everyone who has ever been on this forum as a member or just current members?  Going into the archives and I see a lot of "lost" podders who no longer post or have moved on to other things.

Jato got it.  Various reasons for the difference between the two numbers - but when I approve new accounts every day I see the behind-the-scenes unique ID number assigned to each account and that just rolled over 9000 (close to my own post count, as noted lol).

Thank you.  Doing well.  Still plugging away at major jobs around my house - new heating systems, major repairs to the exterior, working on electrical in my kitchen remodel, getting ready to have countertops installed.  Still volunteering with dance and theater and Girl Scouts.  I'm basically operating like a single Dad now.  Divorce has gone smoothly, just waiting for a court date and I'm hoping everything will be over by the end of the year.  So with all of the above, I've been busy!

I need to find a dealer to work on my camper over the winter, I discovered a long-term leak during a trip this summer which has done some damage inside a wall, and it needs a new slide-out seal.

Our current theater production ends this weekend so I'll make an effort to participate more here after that.  I do approve new members every few days and jump on the spam reports when they come in.
