Forest River was pretty lazy about the food shelves.  By putting in dividers and a second shelf I doubled the amount of storage space and also prevented all of the food ending up at the front every time we drove somewhere.  I left one shelf full height for tall stuff.  I also insulated the wall and ceiling behind the shelves, which helps with heating, and has the beneficial effect of making the insides of the shelves less dark.

Nice!  I converted the closet in our 190 to a pantry.  Works very well.  We store our clothes on a shelf above the foot of the bed and I installed a fold up clothes hanger on the small angled wall between the bathroom and bedroom......So far so good.
