Stopping at the KOA in Chincoteague Virginia for a couple days on our way south. It Used to be the Maddox Family campground. They have really done a nice job improving the bathrooms,cabins,sites and a really nice water park.
I am really impressed with the changes they have made!!

Glad to hear! I like to use KOAs for "overnighters", while enroute to a distant destination.

The one thing to keep in mind for Chincoteague and Asseateague are the mosquitoes! They are man eaters!!
