has anyone put in a tv/dvd combo and if so, what brand and size? Do I need a 12 V one?

You only need a 12v one if you want to use it while boondocking. If you camp with hookups, either 12v or 120v will work.

Ours is a 32" Spectre tv/dvd from Walmart. 110 volt. Very good picture, good sound.
