The stop & turn signal on one of our LED tail lights went bad after less than a year from when we bought the new R-Pod. I purchased two replacement lights through Walmart for about $19. When I pulled off the original taillight, there were two types of caulking or sealants on it. One type is between the light and the trailer body. It's white, non-hardening, and acts like an adhesive & waterblock. The other is a tooled sealant around the rim of the light. It's gray & rubber-like, and I had to cut it to remove the light. Two questions: 1) Does anyone know what these two products are and 2) how can I get the original gray sealant off the trailer body? Thanks.

Update: I found that I can get the gray perimeter sealant off be carefully scraping with a putty knife. I would still like to know what type of sealant this is.
