Changes: move Zamp solar port to the FRONT of the trailer near the battery. Solar controller should be near the battery and shorter cables can be used to improve efficiency of solar capture.

Add: several 12 volt sockets.....to run an inverter, 12 V fans, adds more USB options when dry camping

I have 130w panel plugged in the side of the camper (Solar on the side plug). I out my controller right the back of the panel. Had no issues on the 46 day run.

I also wanted more USB ports, so I made up a couple battery packs of 18650 Lithiums 3200mah x 8 each. That works very well. Re-charge from the truck or from the USB port in the Pod. Runs our USB fans and other items.

I did mount a 1200w inverter up front below the dinette seat. There's a set of auto-reset breakers under the Pod up front and taped into those. Now, I don't run anything big off it and it also worked very well.

I debated what you are about to do and found this solution works well for me.
