Like new. Used only twice for sleeping. Toilet and kitchen never used. Many $$ accessories. Also has all options available for this year (power jack, thule awning, 24 in tv)...of course, as the new generation it has all the new features such as the enclosed shower. I don't have to preach to the choir here so, if you're interested, I'd like 15k which is a savings of about $4000 of dealer price (with fees). Again, perfect and is inspected in Va. until Sept 18.
