2018 171. A recent rain storm revealed that I had not be paying attention to my maint.

The self leveling stuff around the fan, toilet vent and antenna, all needed some attention.

The vent had the most issues and was leaking into the shower. I also noticed that it seems they missed a few screws in 2 of the corners.

I am going to put a couple more screws around the toliet vent to prevent it from having so much movement as well.

The moral: Man do you have to stay on this stuff.

Pod has a sticker on it when delivered.. "check seals every 90 days"

The good thing is, once good, they tend to stay good.
