Everything went fine. I need to find a way so the water doesn't go in the tray there. I kept most of it out by putting some plastic under the drain.

Maybe a cut piece of hose with male threaded?

Anyway, CO2 alarm kept going off. I put the anode back in, and it seemed to stop.

Any idea why it went off?

There is no Co2 alarm. There is a Co alarm. And a smoke alarm..
The one we here confusing owners most often is the propane alarm, It will alarm when the pod battery is low as it is hardwired and not a stand alone battery like the smoke detector..
As far as the water heater draining.. never known anyone to worry about it draining into the compartment.. which is water proof..

Actually...I was cleaning the fresh water tank with bleach at the same time. So I am thinking that the bleach fumes from flushing the interior lines set it off.

Thanks Furpod!
