Hello fellow podders!

We just bought a 2018 Rpod 179 and to our disappointment they changed the cushion that goes over to table to make into an extra sleeping space. The cushion is a good inch or more higher than the one we saw in the showroom model. The dinette is a nice size sleeping space but because of this cushion it now has a hump in the middle. Does anyone else have this issue?

I disliked the whole 179 dinette sleeping setup so I modified the table and cushions to make a better bed. It is in my mods.

We took out the cushions completely and put in an IKEA jackknife sofa.

We've looked at that, but all the ones we've looked at seem to come up too high on the wall, and interfere with the blinds?

Just pull down the blind to the top of the sofa back.
