In our last trip I noticed the AC stopped. This happened once before and what I found was the condenser froze. Same this time. It was pretty warm. Mid to high 80’s and the humidity 50-70% without rain. I had the thermostat on auto set at 73 degrees. Is this a normal occurrence or something that needs to be checked. I just turned the fan on for 10-15 minutes and it worked fine. A little water dripped from the grill on the unit. I figured that was from the condenser with the fan running.

We found that if we showered with only the shower curtain pulled across the bathroom door that the moisture from that was enough to make our AC quit running. Since we've been making it a point to keep the door closed, we've had no more issues.

We did not take showers or cook but the humidity was high.

According to Dometic, a small amount of ice may form if it is very cold outside. That was not the case since you said it was in the 80's. Dirty AC filters are also a potential cause since they would cut the air flow. Obstructed air vents could also contribute. However, if your filters are clean, the fan is running, and the outlet vents are not blocked, icing may indicate a problem that would require your dealer's service department to check. See page 14 of your manual.

If it's getting seriously too cold in the evaporator area, run it on fan only for a while.

That is what I did to get the AC working again. Raise the thermostat setting up a few degrees. Work fine after that.
