has anybody done a swap moving bed to dinette and vise versa on a 178 or any other r pod ??, thnx

Is your reason to swap the dinette and bed to have the window by the dinette? If so that is one of the only things I wish was different about my 177.

Having a large window over the bed doesn't make sense to me.

several reasons to swap bed area with dinette, more bed area off/on access, away from under bed heater , window over dinette for better light and viewing , away from bathroom access ,position dinette closer to cooking area ,I plan to upgrade the weak construction as well , I see other people have done this and wish it was an optional floor plan ,thnx
