I have been thinking of splitting my mattress to make two smaller ones so I can tilt the front half easer to get to the under bed storage.  I have a 171.  I have a fellow traveler that is installing two sleep number twin beds in their 171.  I will post when I check it out.

If it were not for the price, I would like to install a sleep number bed in our 179. I can't see spending over $1000 for it though. We have one at home that we have had for over 9 years and still like it. The light weight would definitely be a big plus in the 179 when it came time to get to the valves for winterizing and HW tank bypass.

They won't go in side by side the long way in the Pod. It's not nearly wide enough for two full twins.
