Have a 2015 182G. Noticed some water had collected in the 'cooler' this past winter. Cleaned it up and checked the seals and didn't see anything to really worry about... Well first trip out and had some rain and got water along the 'light bar' at the top of the garage and in the same cooler. Now a little concerned, check seals on the door again and they look good. So I am thinking that it maybe from the roof. Anybody had issues with the caulking or joints on the 182G garage area?

sounds like the spoiler area may have a leak.  lots of discussion about that lately here if you do a search.

This is me getting back into hauling a trailer. I years past I planted them on a site all year. Each spring I would reseal all points. Winter brings much contraction up here in the Nor'east. Never had a leak and probably over did it..

I plan the same for Lily (my 182g).

As for the seals, they say to lube them to keep them soft. If you've never and don't see any damage, then that would be (in my mind) a good first step.
Wish I could recommend a product, but I'm still researching.. Will say I always like good old petroleum jelly (ya, vasoline).

To protect/lube the garage seals, I would probably use the same thing I use on the slide-out seals; Aerospace 303. Good stuff.
