Saw a 2014 178, slightly used, been in storage - on eBay this AM. It is in PA and they want 8900 OBO for it, that is pretty reasonable.

Questions I would want answered: Indoor or outdoor storage? If outdoor, covered or uncovered? Overall condition? Everything (refrigerator, AC, furnace, water heater, etc.) functional? Tire age/condition? I expect that it probably does not have risers given the year. If the tires are original, plan on replacing them before putting it on the road, including the spare. If it is in as good a shape as "slightly used" would seem to indicate, it is indeed a very reasonable price.

Stated in ad, it was in indoor storage. Photos looked good, if one wanted a 178 it would certainly be worth looking at for the price.
