In case anyone lives a "damp" area - I confess I had a small (PANIC) incident with mold this Spring...while that is all cleaned up it got me looking for ANYTHING to increase the air flow under the mattress.

After a LOT of "Mr. Google" and watching YouTube...I purchased an "Aire-flow Moisture Barrier". Part of the "claim" was not only does it increase airflow but also makes the bed more comfortable. I am here to tell you my bed is more comfortable!

This type of barrier is normally used on boats under cushions/beds but finding just as applicable to RVs.

The company I got it from (Mattress Insider) was very helpful and sent me the appropriate size for my RPod 179. :) Its a bit spendy but if it deters mold and I sleep better - win-win in my book.

Happy camping (mold free)!
