Hopefully an easy question. Received our new 2018 178 Pod in February. I noticed that the ceiling molding strip (just one so far) has pulled away ever so slightly in just the center. It appears that it is installed with some type of silicone sealant at the edges. Is that all that holds it up to the ceiling? What would be the recommendation to put it back in place? Maybe some more silicone around the edges or maybe a dab of super glue? Has anyone seen this, and if so, what was your fix?

Thanks!

I believe it just staples since their is wood at the seams, then white silicon is used.

Buying a new trailer isn't like buying a new car.  Its more like buying a new house.  There will be fit-n-finish issues (and, there might be some more technical issues as well) to be addressed under warranty.

As long as its not about to fall down, I'd suggest *you* do nothing.  Write it down on a list.  Over the next weeks/months, you'll find other items to add to the list.  When you've given the trailer a good run-through/trial-run and are satisfied you've found all your issues, make an appointment with your dealer and have them fixed.

Here are a few things I had fixed under warranty the first time:
- trim around floor had to be re-stapled
- exterior light wasn't working (wiring issue)
- microwave/convection was loose on its mount
- screen door was mounted slightly crooked

Thanks Craig. I haven't used it yet other than towing it home about 100 miles from the dealer. I will make a "punch list" of items that need to be looked at after the camping season. Warranty is good until February 2019.
