We absolutely love our 2011 R-Pod 171 and while camping over the weekend my wife asked what it would take to remove the wet bath and install a seat or countertop/storage in its place. Anyone ever seen this done?

I'm sure it's doable but you might do better to trade your Pod for a camper without a bath.  There are a lot of people who would be very glad for a camper with an onboard hot shower and private toilet.

Though r-Pods are less expensive than other similar sized trailers, they aren't cheap.  If you take out the head, you'll effectively have a trailer that can be sold only for salvage or at a substantial discount to reflect the cost of replacing it.  Tars is right, better to sell it and find something that doesn't have a head.  You could effectively make the trailer unsalable except as parts.

Wish they made a few models without the bath option. I would also rather have storage space.
