We're off to Washington DC to look at some sights. Getting ready at the library, I stumbled over this book:

The Complete Cooking for Two Cookbook: 650 Recipes for Everything You'll Ever Want to Make by 'America's Test Kitchen'.

At first glance it looks good, altho many recipes require advance preparation to make sure the ingredients are present.

The reviews appear to be good, has anyone tried it out?

Wed swung thru Wash DC last November with the grand kids to see some of the highlights. They loved it.

It is a great place to visit!!
