I will be getting my new Pod(176) in June and they offered warranty to me as well. 7 years, but it cost $2700 Canadian plus tax. I just cant justify that much extra. I have done so much research on light camper trailers, been to 3 camping shows already this year (The wife says I have a problem, haha). I have looked at the Winnebago mini drop, Jayco hummingbird and obviously the R-pod. The quality of interior and the craftsmanship of the entire R-pod is why |I chose it. There is a big difference with the trim, cabinets, counter top and edging. I bought the R-pob because of quality. Welcome to the group from Alberta. Warranty, save your money. All appliances have at least a 2 year warranty and 2700$ can by a lot of stuff or get work done on your pod ------------- If you want something done right, do it yourself. 2011 RP172, 2016 Tundra 5.7 Litre, Ltd. |

I bought the Forest Hill extended warranty (one extra year) for $150.00 USD. Very well worth it, I had several repairs and was glad I purchased it.

The FR extra year is no longer offered..  IMHO, any extended warranty is just a profit center for the dealership. ------------- |
