Is it necessary to winterize if you live in the south? Here in Mississippi we've had some cold nights recently but I'm thinking if everything is drained out and I keep a little heat in the trailer on those nights it goes below freezing it's not necessary.

You should winterize if you have extended below freezing temps, like more than 24 hours. I winterize in TN, also keep power applied and have a small heater in TT. It gets below freezing here, and stays there for a few days. My opinion.

If you aren't sure, throw a little R.V. antifreeze into the traps in the sinks, shower, toilet. Cant hurt
