My 178 (2017) has a plastic-lined wet bath - great.  However, my wife needs a handle to help her get up off the commode.  The wall between the rear queen bed and bath is about 4-1/2" thick, and it's just two layers of luan - no support for a handle.  The framing at the inner corner is not accessible to drill into for the handle.

Has anyone figured out how to affix a handle (or anything else) to that wall that might work for me?

What I finally did was purchase as set of potty rails (fold-up) from Amazon.  It's actually about 1/2" too wide, but it does "fit."  I wound up cutting off about 1 inch from the bottom of the extendable legs to make it more comfortable to use.

When I took my sink out, I saw wood "studs" in the wall between the bath and the bed area so it's not just two layers of luan.  A studfinder found the studs in my Pod.

Thanks .. I'll use my stud finder to look for them.

Teddy,

You should have an access panel on bed side of wall, if you remove, I think you can see those vertical studs.
