| That's all there is to it. Don't be alarmed if the first terminal you disconnect sparks a little bit. Also, you won't electrocute yourself. |

| If it is your Rpod battery you are talking about, all you have to do is plug the pod into electrical power and it automatically charges the battery or batteries. |

We have taken both ours out since we purchased it in March 2011 for the winter months. They go on the cement floor in our unheated garage. Just yesterday I started the "winter charge" whereby I use a 2 amp trickle charge until it is fully charged. Usually takes a day to day and a half for each battery. They then sit there all winter long on the concrete till early April when I repeat the drill. They are almost 7 years old now and get used a lot since we normally camp at national parks or other campgrounds where no electricity is available.

| When you are putting the battery back in, hook the Neg terminal last , so if you bump the frame with the wrench you won't spark there. |

Lots of good ideas. I'll have to see what I can manage. I'm hoping my son will set up the side of his house with a 30amp outlet, then I will keep my trailer there and can easily charge or put it in his garage and charge. ------------- 2017 RPod 171 2017 Kia Sorento SX |

You don't need 30A for storage and keeping the battery charged. Mine stays hooked up to a 15 or 20a circuit, probably 20. I can run the air and certainly keep the battery topped off. I don't run the air much at all, but I have. It wouldn't work to run the air, the microwave and/or the water heater on electric, but it works really well if you aren't trying to do that.
