Can anyone tell me what remote controls you have with your entertainment system? I bought my rpod used and it has no remotes. Kinda frustrating when trying to play a movie for the kids..
I do not see a model # on the head unit and the tv # is covered up by the mounting bracket.. not a huge deal but just annoying not having them

We use a Harmony remote. It's not ideal because of the way Jensen implemented their remote control operation, but it works well most of the time. You can always go into the device menus on the remote and set everything up manually.

There is a single remote that controls the TV and the radio/DVD player. Our TV is the Jensen JE2415 and the radio is the AWM968. The radio manual shows a small remote but we did not get that. Our remote is a longer one that probably comes with the TV and does double duty working the radio. I would call Forest River and find out the model numbers of your units and then buy a universal remote that will operate those model Jensen's

If you can identify the model of the TV you can order the remote online from Jensen. I did that just last week - it cost $15. The only place I saw the TV model number is on a paper label that was attached to the back of it.

Thee are also universal remotes that many electronics stores sell. They are coded for most brands of tv and have fairly clear instructions to match the remote to the TV.

We started by getting one of the universal remotes, but it did not work for our Jensen model. Believe me, I tried every possible code.

I found same remote I have at www.jensenrvdirect.com, under accessories. There are 2 - the PXXRCASA Remote for 24, 26, 32 and 40 series. It is 15.99 on the site. The other is the RXXRC15US for the 11, 12, 13,14 and 15 series. It is 14.99. Has a pictures of both.

I am pretty sure it is this one - PXXRC15US, best to verify with your TV.

All you need to know is the model of the tv and go directly to Jensen, the FR folks would ask the same, what tv do you have.
