I noticed a softening on the front corners at the side, of the bottom. Upon investigation I found water had gotten into the entire front at the bottom leading edge. Opened it up all across the front , found the wooden liner of the fiberglass skin had rotted, about a foot up all along the front, the insulation was wet in this area too. The front bottom corners were rotted too.
Looking for solutions to repair this.
Thanks

Tough one. Warranty? Otherwise a front end rebuild would be in order.

I think repairing it should be second to finding source, if water is getting in where water shouldn't be it will rot again. May be simple find, may not. From your description it is in the area at bottom of gravel guard? If TT is under warranty, use it. If not could be an good project to fix.
