The tv works fine with the remote. But when I try to turn it on with the buttons on the tv, nothing.  Also, is the antennae adjustable?

I don't know about the television's power switch. It may just be dirty and needs to be pressed enough to clean the contact. As for the antenna, that depends on what antenna you have. I have the bat-wing antenna that is not adjustable in my 2016 RP-179. Newer models have a different antenna that can be rotated. That is the only adjustment I know of other than switching the antenna booster on and off.
