How do you get this past the tire? Do I need to modify it?

I dont know the official answer. I cut my lower screen into 3 sections. The front section goes from the front of the pod, till it hits the fender. On this section i cut out to fit over the step. I then took and went from the back of the pod, till it went under the fender, and reached the axle. i then cut the excess sticking out the back. That gave me a 3rd piece that i dont put into the track, i place it behind the tire, i cut a slit to allow it to go down around the axle on both sides, and use clips to connect the front and rear sections. This creates a long " continuous " screen

I put solid material in the keeder to keep bugs and wind out and keep heat in. I also put a light over the step.

Very nice!! No surprise from you!

I did something similar cutting up a polyethylene tarp, some 3/8" cheap keder rope and duct tape. Doesn't look nearly as good as yours, but keeping the wind out is huge!

Nice work...as usual.

For what it's worth, this material is good to minus 40* C

Not sure both my Buddy heaters could keep up with minus 40 under the dome! But, I guess that stuff stays pretty flexible in cold.

What is it? Thanks.

I bent the kedder channel out a little bit and that allowed the screen to exit and bend up and over the tire fender, also flared the channel to allow it to re-enter on the other side of the tire...works great.
