I just joined in hopes of learning and sharing experiences as we use the new R-Pod 182g.

We just ordered the unit and due to come in around end Nov / beginning Dec. Our Dealer will store for us until pickup in Spring.

I do like our local dealer and hope to hear good reports about them from others in my area. Cold Springs RV in Weare, NH.

This was one of the few times I purchased the extended warranty. I typically pass on them, but reviews and issues I've read about lead me to buy it. The warranty is from my Dealer, not Forest River.
That bothered me at first and when speaking with the Rep from Forest River I had to ask why my Dealer believes more in your trailer than you do? Very weak answer from him, yet I do like that my Dealer will stand behind the sale!

I have spent 6 months researching several trailers (and a few Class C's). This is what we decided upon, because it fits 'our' needs.
I had a 'long' list of requirements.. Ya, looking for the Perfect Trailer.. As we all do when we look.
Is this the Perfect Trailer? Nah, but pretty dam close!
No other came as close to our needs, then hit our wants.

The hard part is over! Now for the fun part. Prepping and planning the first run!

Hope to have several conversations with you all as hows and whys on prepping and where you've gone!
Do hope to meet a few of ya's on our travels and share over a campfire.

It all starts for us next Spring.

Hello Rpod Owners, my name is Bob and I now own an Rpod.

Welcome, Bob, and congrats on the 182G! Most of us have very few problems with our Pods, and the problems we do have are minor in the vast majority of cases. Some issues are simply a misunderstanding of the way things work and you'll get no shortage of answers on those.
