In YOUR opinion what are the best batteries to use on a RV? The one I have I add distilled water. I think it is an interstate. Good battery?

As you ask...In MY opinion I am very happy with my dual Duracell (Deka - East Penn Manufactured) 230 AH batteries. I debated going with Trojan T-105s, but after 4 years with the the Duracells I'm still happy with the decision. I do monitor them closely, but do not baby them or our power usage. Two 6 volt golf cart batteries wired in series will give you the most amp hours if you want to camp off grid. Somewhere around 250 depending on the quality of batteries. This is the set up we have and did 5 days of boon docking with juice to spare. | 2 6v golf cart batteries give the most bang for the buck. The equivalent of Trojan 105s is the accepted standard. However, the equivalent of Trojan 145s is even better. Neither is particularly worth the expense unless you camp off grid a lot |
