We have been without power since Sunday at 4PM.

The pod was hooked up to shore power at the house until that time.

I went out this morning and checked the battery level. It actually still reported FULL!

I was surprised because other info I came across on here basically said that the battery would be gone in a few days.

NOW. I did have the cord plugged in to the camber, but not to the RV outlet (i unplugged in case of surge). I am hoping this is not a false positive.

Depends on your battery. If it is fairly new and was fully charged, the lights should indicate full. The draw fro the propane/CO detector is not so great that it would drain the battery in a day or two. However, Sunday to today is not bad. If you had other things running and drawing power from the battery, it might go down more quickly. Keeping it unplugged until your power is back on and stable is good. If you are really concerned, disconnect the negative battery post and you will stop any power drain. Once you get power back, then you can reconnect it.

My parents live in Zephyrhills. They came home to no power, but theirs came back on today. That is good since they said it was uncomfortable in their house without AC or fans to help cool them off.

I hope you came through relatively unscathed.
