About to go on about an eight day hunting trip and wondering how long you guys get out of your 6v batteries. I will have fridge on propane and using the furnace at night only. Will prob turn furnace way down as I am use to tent camping.
I do all cooking outside and will use water pump minimal
Trailer is 2015 178

That's really an unanswerable question. ie: how far can you go on a a tank of gas?
With our dual GC2's we had no issue going 10 days. Our batteries were in great shape, we did what we could to conserve power. We were still at 12.2v when we hooked up to leave. This was Nov, in southern Indiana.
Carry some good jumper cables with you. If you find you are using 12v at a faster rate then you want, connect the truck to the pod batteries, start it, and let your alternator charge them up.

Furpod, as usual is spot on. No one uses their batteries the same when dry camping. From experience we expect 3 - 4 days from each of our 12 v deep cycle group size 24 batteries for a total of 6 - 8 days while dry camping at RMNP, Moraine Campground in September when the night temps usually hover in the mid-upper 40's at night so the furnace is the biggest consumer on the batteries. During the day, while we hike, the furnace is turned off, but we leave the hot water and fridge on propane, they don't use much of either battery or propane. We switched all our lights to L.E.D.'s instead of using the incandescents that came with our 177. And, oh yes, our batteries are in their 7th year of service.
