I'm getting ready to research a good window to install in the bunk area of my new 176.  Does anyone know offhand what the actual sidewall thickness is?  I think I read someplace that's 1" thick but I can't find that post and I want to be sure.

I just drilled a hole in my ceiling (for an antenna mount) and found the ceiling was just shy of 1.75" thick.  Presumably, the walls are the same.

Thanks, but actually it's been confirmed the walls are 1 5/16" thick.

The ceiling is a whole different story. The flat part has a double ceiling. Aluminum frame on the bottom and wood on top. The wood framing for the roof goes from one end to the other. there is foam in the aluminum part and fibre glass in the rest of the ceiling.
