On last excursion we had daily monsoon rains and noticed some leaks by rear window and under the refrigerator of our 179.  I started thinking about possible mold issues.  Anyone have experience with this?

Yep...we've had both issues.  The rear windown of our 179 started leaking in June on our last trip.  The inside track had water in it.  It's at the dealer now to be repaired - and that is a whole other story!  The water under the fridge probably comes from the outside vents.  If the water is sprayed upwards into those vents in like say ......in a car wash.....then it can leak in under the fridge.  With us the water caused a slight stained the bottom of the dinette seat.  Not a big deal but annoying.
If you open the outside vents you'll see how the water gets in.  I wiped it up there and then got under the fridge and wiped that up as well.
You probably should also check underneath the unit as well for possible water entry.  The one other thing you could/should check is the caulking along the bottom molding that runs along outside the trailer at about floor height.

Thank you.  My 179 is at dealership right now getting leaks and some other items fixed.  We have a great dealer who warmly welcomed us back for warranty repairs.  Good luck!

Also I had leaks at the vertical sides of the slide. Dealer found a tare in both stationary gaskets that run vertically on the outside. Rubber tube type seal is on both sides for the slide to close up too.
The gasket was torn at the factory during installation.
That fixed it.
