I have a brand new RDome for sale still in its original plastic package inside its carry bag. I ordered one while waiting for the delivery of my Rpod not realizing the dealer included one with my purchase. I paid about $700 for the rdome.  However, I'm willing to sell for $400 plus shipping costs.
Note that this is for the bigger tracks, 14mm I believe.  I don't think it will slide into the tracks on the older Rpods. The rdome is green and white (standard) and is the 13' version which is the largest.
I absolutely love our rdome.  We have learn d to install in about 10 minutes now that my wife and I are familiar with the setup. It comes in handy during rainstorms for cooking under or just hanging out. My family of four plus collie fit in with lots of elbow room for cooking table, four chairs, etc.
If you are interested, PM me including your zip and I will get a shipping quote back to you within a day.

You can calculate the shipping yourself from Colorado 80602.  Weight = 25lbs, dimensions 57"x8"x11", value $400.  Here is the UPS link https://wwwapps.ups.com/ctc
I just calculated the rates for FL at $75 and Boston at $71.

Update: Happy to arrange local pick-up in the Colorado front range area.

Hi, I am about to own a 179 that doesnt have a tent.  Does your Rdome fit both 2016 and 2017s?  Thanks.

Yes. I need to clarify my original post in that I have a 2017 early model year 176 in green. Late 2017 models come in blue and with a roll-out awning.

This rdome will fit 2016 and early model 2017 rpods if you have the track that follows the contour of the roof line on the curb side (door side).

It may fit earlier model years if you have the bigger track. Not sure though when rpod switched to the bigger track system for the rdome.

Yes, I am looking at a 2016 or 17 green rod 179. I think it would fit but I'll check too. Thanks.

My daughter is planning to attend CU in 2018 after graduation.   Shipping is high do to the size packaged.

Let me know if you find other cheaper options.

Hey Jane, I sent you a reply yesterday. I recalculated the shipping with UPS and the rate is lower. I think you gave me your number. I'll call later today.

Decided to keep the spare rdome. The one I was using suffered a tear this weekend and unlikely I can get it repaired before our road trip thru Yellowstone, Tetons, and Glacier NP.
