Hello Podders

Quick question. We want to get a solar panel and I can
t tell if there is a charge controller built into the Rpod  OR do I need to buy the one that comes with the panel we are looking at purchasing?
Any insights?

Thanks

Based on what I've read here, the R-pod does not have a solar controller built in. The "solar" connector goes directly to the battery(ies). And from what I've heard, there is no fuse or circuit breaker in between.

I haven't checked ours, but I will be.

Check out Renogy Solar. Very reasonably priced and the controller is mounted on the back of the panels.
