I think you could request that a forum administrator delete it. Otherwise, under Post Options, you can edit your posts. If you were to delete the text, that should essentially accomplish the same thing but it would not delete the topic. |

You can edit or delete your own posts under the "post options" pull down in the upper right corner of your posts.. |

And an important note about deleting or editing.. you need to do it BEFORE someone quotes you.. LOL
I am on a couple forums where "Quoted For Truth" or "Quoted For Posterity" are used pretty regularly... |

Unless it only appears if there have been no replies, there is no option to delete in the Post Options. There is only the option to edit along with the options to quote the post or reply to the post. If it is someone else's post, the Edit option changes to Report Post.
