Easy to tow, dry weight approximately 2656 lbs, tongue weight about 260 lbs. A mid-sized SUV works fine. If you're a "tiny house" fan, you'll be charmed. Storage nooks here, there, and everywhere. Asking 13,500 for this sparkling clean little trailer that could!

Kitchen has 2 burner propane stove with custom cutting board cover. Microwave/convection oven - yes, you can bake cookies. 4.2 cu ft 3-way fridge (runs on electric, battery, or propane). LED lighting inside- you can run on just batteries for days. Furnace for winter; AC for summer. Thetford cassette toilet and shower (fantastic).Fantastic fan roof vent in shower. Memory foam mattress topper makes a comfy bed. Jensen 19" LED TV with antenna with booster, Jensen AM/FM/DVD player; Custom-built oak tip-out bins at the entry. Paper towel rack, hooks and hanging organizers galore. 2-bike rack. Two deep cycle batteries, 36 gallon freshwater tank, 30 gallon black water tank and 30 gallon grey water tank means wide choices in campsite - no big deal if the water hose doesn't reach!

Extra options: Surge guard RV power protection will protect your systems and appliances from faulty campground power. Axle risers to get you over the rough roads. Like-new D-rated Kumho 857 radial tires - a significant upgrade from the factory originals.

Attach the R-dome tent/screen room/gazebo to give you the outdoor "tent" experience, rain or shine. Makes a great place to eat or visit outside.

There's too much to tell you about - you really must see it. Every time we pull into a campground people compliment this adorable trailer. We are going to miss it, but MUST sell it quickly. This works out for you, though, because it's time to camp!

You can hitch it up and take it straight to the state park. We'll give you everything you need for your first trip - power cord, connectors, slinky, chocks and blocks- ready to camp. Even if you've never had a travel trailer before, don't worry, we'll explain it all!

We have two trailers side by side in our two-car parking space, so we defilnitely need to sell this soon. Be ready for fourth of July camping!  See the full listing at RVT.com Ad # 6936540.
