Hi,
I need to clean the slider roof on my 179 but I am not sure what to use.  Does is have a rubber roof or is it a different material?

Thanks,
Mike

It appears to me to be fiberglass. I just used the same stuff I washed the rest of the pod with.

It is definitley not fiberglass on my 179. I think the fiberglass is covered with a rubber or similar material.

Yep my 179 slide out is rubber roofed.   Don't understand why they didn't use fibreglass like the main roof, seems like that would have been preferable from a maintenance standpoint.

The 179 has a different slide than all the other models.. and I note all 179 owners are reporting a rubber roof.. Interesting.

Appears to me to be some kind of vinyl over metal flashing maybe over plywood on the 178?
