He sure can come here and ask questions...we love to help. It sounds like you may have printed the instructions posted here on the forum.

I don't know what all Camping World does to winterize but, a couple of main things to do is flush the pink antifreeze from the water lines, then return the water heater bypass valves to the "in use" position. Turn on the pump, open the hot water faucets and allow the water heater to fill. I sanitize the fresh water tank after this (Fill the tank with water + bleach and let set over night)Replace the batteries in the smoke detector, etc. Check the main battery connections. Check tire air pressures.

Generally speaking, just turn everything on and confirm all is OK. I don't know if they service the wheel bearings but, I do mine every spring - before the first outing. Some do it in the fall as part of the winterizing process.

I should probably add that, with the exception of the wheel bearings, all of the above is pretty simple and doesn't take a whole lot of time. If not handy with wrenches or automotive type repairs, it may be best to have the wheel bearings done by a professional.

We have a one year old Rpod...CampingWorld did the winterizing for us but now my husband is saying he will dewinterize it and has not yet done it. He is not a handy guy and will not read the directions I printed off here. Are there some simple directions that he can follow and can he come here and ask questions. I'm afraid that he won't get to it till this September after summer is over.

Help...Blondie (disabled or I would do it)
