This has probably already been addressed, but looking for recommendations on upgrading the mattress in a 2015 178. Have a tempurpedic at home and just want to get something more comfortable than the stock mattress and foam pad we have now. Suggestions? Thanks

We got a memory foam 4" thick mattress at Costco. Had to cut 6" off but it surely is comfortable.

This has me thinking of jumping on this! Do you think it would fit our 177? I believe they are the same size bed. |

This mattress is FABULOUS! The 177 & 178 both have the RV size queen 60 x 74. We couldn't be happier; go for it.

hi. I read your post about replacing your mattress. I want to buy this same mattress for my 179. The bed is the same as your 178 74x60. The mattress you got is a 75x60 one inch longer. Wasn't that a problem? Did it roll up on the end at the wall? I called the manufacture to ask them, and they told me it would not fit. I hate to buy it and it not fit. It would cost a lot to ship it back.

Any short queen sized mattress will fit. We bought a memory foam short queen off of ebay, similar to this...
Love it!

After five years our original mattress developed a major sag and we replaced it with the mattress in the Amazon link. It fits and sleeps perfectly. It looks to small when first rolled out on the platform but quickly inflates and it is perfect. Our pod is a 177 but is a short queen.

Does anyone have this mattress? I also need to get new one for my 177. This one seems to have some good reviews and it's a decent price.

This is the one we got and are very happy with it!! When it came it was shrink so small that I thought they sent us a twin size, but when we took off the plastic it expended to the right size and fits perfect. |
