Hey, Podders! I'm thinking of selling my 2012 182G...If the price is right ;) 
We are moving when summer gets here and we will have a ton of things to do...and unfortunately camping won't be one of them. Selling this would make a nice little down payment on the house as well :)
Comes with: Awning, R-Dome, Canvas cover. Also comes with anti-sway bar and hitch for your tow vehicle. Has the risers installed, also has LED lights throughout interior. Has a mattress pad for the queen bed and a "bumper" for the top bunk that will keep any little ones in place up there. Has extra hooks/holders in the garage area for the slat wall as well. Will come with a lot of other things you'll need for camping (cone, leveler pads, wheel chocks, fluke voltage tester, scissor jack socket for your drill, sewer pipes, etc)...you should be able to pick this up and go camping the same day!
I'll get some pictures if there's interest, I have a couple from our trips we took in it. As far as I know, the toilet has never been used, nor has the shower. The tank has pink antifreeze in it now.
