I take it your storage is outdoors. Remove all food stuffs from your pod. Use LOTS of bounce sheets though out your pod and all storage places inside and out. We also use cotton balls soaked in peppermint oil in dishes covered with saran wrap with small holes poked in the wrap. We also throw mothballs underneath the pod as a first line of defence against all things brown and furry.... overkill maybe but better safe than having to clean and wipe down the trailer...In the spring open windows and peppermint smell is gone in a day. Good luck.

I would remove the TV. Over on the Facebook group, someone who also stores in a public storage lot had the TV stolen.

For example, in RV storage, there is not even ladder to assist in putting on cover.
What do you all do in this case ?

I will be storing my 178 in the storage. Can you please list best practices of leaving RV in storage other than winterizing ? My challenge is how do I perform all necessary steps when there are no toolings in the storage location.
