We got our Pod from Gillettes and had a good experience.  Since we are from South East Michigan, we went to the dealer in person.  They were not pushy or high pressure sales people; it was a very easy experience.

Have never dealt with the sales department as I bought at another dealer, but my experience with their service department was absolutely awful.

With respect for your wife's disability, I don't see much difference between hi rise or lower RPod when it comes to entering or exiting the door, you will still need to climb two steps, one of those steps will be 4" higher. There are some very good stools and add ons for the ground level step.
The hi rise version (hood River edition) is 4" higher, which makes the world of difference when negotiating parking lots and uneven camp sites.

We just purchased an Rpod 171 and had an excellent experience. They didn't pressure us, they didn't sell us anything we didn't want, and they were very helpful. We thought the price was great compared to the other dealers we visited. A friendly, helpful, fair dealership!

We purchased our 2015 179 from Gillettes last July. Great price and nice people.
We drove 8 hours to pick up the unit and we spent the nite in the pod on their lot.
