We are heading out taking the pod for her first trip to Talladega! We remembered that the spare tire moves around a lot. We have checked it several times. It is located behind the pod. We stopped to fuel up and the guy behind us told us it was loose. So again we checked it. It moves a lot but seems secure. Is this normal? Hubby told guy it keeps people from riding our a$$! The guy said it definitely does! LOL

It's not normal.  There is a bolt that can be tightened on the side of the receiver that will clamp the spare in place.  If that's tight and it's still moving, maybe the lug nuts need tightening.  If it's neither of those than it could be the weld holding the receiver is loose (breaking away from the frame).  The first two options are quick and easy to deal with.  Loose lug nut could mean the tire will come off going down the road.  If the welds are bad, I'd take the tire and holder off the back until it was fixed.

Thanks! Will check again and make adjustments if needed or just toss it in the pod for now.
