Hubby and I picked up our 2014 RPod 178 HRE today and can't wait to get to a year round campground here in the great NW! We had a '94 Coleman Popup which we sold before we moved from NY to OR almost 3 yrs ago. It's been a long time in the works to get a hard sided camper and we both knew almost immediately that we wanted an RPod when we looked at them.

Our ideal vacation is finding a campsite near a waterway or lake, having our kayaks with us and relaxing by a campfire with our pups, Bear and Yinners.

Looking through the threads here in this forum I see so many great tips and lots of information.. and a lot of like minded camping folks.
Love and Peace

Congratulations and welcome!

We switched from tent camping to the rpod a little over a year ago and are loving it.  Even in the tent we hardly ever let cold weather keep us home.  The cold seems like more of a challenge in the pod because of the plumbing, but worst case, we just winterize and do without running water.  That's just like tent camping, but the pod is way warmer inside and a lot more comfortable.

Happy Trails!

Welcome and congrats. Keep an eye on the Campouts and events. Will announce a roundup in March for the Pac. NW. This year have reserved 40 full hookup sites. Hope to see you there. Safe Travels.
