Just got back from our first shakedown trip in our new 182g and a few observations.  We realized very quickly that you have to be organized, room is limited, only take what you need.  We love the garage in our 182, it gives you so much more storage space and is a great place to perpare food for the grill.  Stove top is just in the way, would like to have more counter space instead.  The AC is VERY LOUD but cools well.  We love our pod and had no mech problems at all.  Headed out again this weekend with less stuff!

How about doing away with the stove top and making it a full counter?  I agree that counter space is really lacking and if I didn't use my stove I would do it.

stove topHere's my stovetop.  Walmart had a perfect bamboo cutting board.  No work on that at all.  I put legs on both ends with inner tube padded feet.  Stays in place very well.  Easy to lift off when you want to use the stove.

ConfusedIsn't that air conditioner something.  The first time we turned it on, I wondered if we had purchased and airplane or a trailer.
