Have you thought about getting a moisture meter? You could check around the windows etc to see if there is a significant difference in moisture percents between windows. Another thought would be air testing for mold to see if you have any thing now.

A couple of points: There were some problems with overall sealing earlier, but my 2013 172 is sealed tighter than a drum. A good test is to close the door and all the windows, open the fan vent, and turn on the fan. Listen to the sound of the fan. Then open a window. You should hear a difference in the sound of the fan and feel a blast of air coming in the open window. If not, there are unsealed leaks somewhere. The crew that sealed mine didn't spare the calking goop inside or out or on the roof. Good on them.

The only leak I've had is the P-trap for the shower sink. Apparently it was never tightened where the trap connected to the wet-vent in the wall. I had lots of water on the floor every time the shower was used. I isolated it to the shower sink and found the P-trap had come completely disconnected. Had to cut out more of the wall behind the sink to get my hand in and tighten the coupling ring. All OK now, so far.

Thanks - great suggestions.  Its rained on the pod three times now and so far so good. As far as mechanical leaks I need to check the all the connections possible to see how those are.  I will probably do a mold test a year or so after we own it and camp in it.  One good thing about the daughter is she can usually tell if a place is moldy - however as she gets better and reduces her toxin load it looks like that will diminish. That is good news.  We will be very careful to air it out or have moving air going when stored for long periods of time.

Thanks again!Smile
