Found the $%^%11!!&*!!!  anode rod.

We had to break camp in the rain last weekend, so we put the dome back up in the yard so it could get rinsed off and dried out.. folded it up and put it in it's bag.. slid into the under bed storage, lego blocks were in the way on the street side, went over and opened the door... laying right there.

I swear to you all, I climbed in there looking for it. Well, as far as my fat self could go. So did she. Near as I can tell, it rolled back UNDER the lip of the door trim, and so was hidden from view and feel, but then rolled back out at some point on the drive BACK from the campground Sunday afternoon.

Re: Heater Anode.  Glad you found it.  When we had our trailer delivered last week, the tech. said I didn't have to replace the anode until all of the material was eaten away and just the inner rod was visible.  Just sayin'.  Safe Travels.

Replaced ours after 1 season. It looked like a sponge when I winterized. When I summerized I flushed it out with a waterheater cleaner attachment. Water came out looking like watery milk with sand in it. Don't know if this is normal but we'll see this fall.
Ready to pod around!

A real senior moment!  Hooked up for the first trip, checked the lights and made sure the door was closed and hopped into the truck.  My wife drives.  I said just a minute and went outside to do another walk around.  Saw my lock sitting on the bumper!!!
