Ingredients:
Dry
2 Tablespoons cocoa
2 Tablespoons flour
3 Tablespoons sugar
Smidgen salt
Wet
2 Tablespoons water
2 Tablespoons oil
2 drops Vanilla
Pinch instant coffee (optional)
Combine dry ingredients in a cup and slowly mix with water until smooth and free of lumps. Add oil and flavourings and blend until combined and smooth.
Microwave 60-90secs. Serve immediately.
*I prefer bitter chocolate and so use 2 Tablespoon of sugar instead of the 3. I reduce the time to 65-secs on my microwave. However, when I am making this for company that likes things sweet, I use the full 3 Tablespoons of sugar in the recipe and increase the time to 90-secs (because sugar adds moisture). Each microwave is different, so do a test batch first.
