Beautiful job. I thought the bright fenders looked nice but I love the white. Another job to put on my to-do list.

I used a degreaser/cleaner and then sanded the fender so hopefully the paint will stay put.

Yes, very nice.  Did you prep the fender first with something like an acid wash, or just steel wool?

2 coats of primer
3 coats of color
3 coats of clear

Since the 'pod is mostly white, maybe make one fender red and the other blue?

Well, I like the way the fenders look, but that's just me.  I think you should paint yours exactly the way that suits you.  We'll be looking forward to seeing your pics of a job well done Smile !

    Billy Bob with the MPG painted his fenders to match his truck. Look for his post on rpod nation. But the MPG fenders I believe may have been fiberglass or plastic not metal.     David
